あっちこっち歩きすぎ
さてさて昨日レビュー会があり
そこで、特に変更もなく
コレでいきましょう、みたいになったので
今日からは、早速材料の手配です
今日からといっても
事前に一昨日あたりから
どの材料がどれだけ必要かをピックアップして
必要書類を書いて
昨日の結果を待ってハンコだけを貰うトコまでは
進めてありました
書類を書くだけならタダですからね
で、今日ハンコがもらえたとの電話を朝１番でもらったので
早速それを取りにいって
そのまま、その足で資材課の方へいきます
今回の物は、特殊なもので
通常のルートで材料の調達を進めると
確実に間に合わないので
緊急品という感じで
直接資材の人に書類をもっていって
その場で材料の在庫をチェックしてもらい
その場で発注をかける感じにするのです
そこで大量の材料を選定して頼み
そこで出た書類を実際に材料が届く場所にもっていきます
ところが、今日の午前中にも緊急品の依頼があったらしく
材料の在庫を切り出して
納入する会社も、いっぱいいっぱいとのことで
全部が明日には届かないことが判明
で、中でももっとも重要なものだけをピックアップして
なんとか明日に間に合わせるようにしてもらいました
その後は図面の手直しと資料を揃える作業をし
明日には製造メーカーに材料が渡せるように準備です
仕事も第二部に入った感じですが
今後も忙しくなりそうですし
引き続き頑張っていきましょう
